Cancellation policy — Moderate
Full refund if you cancel at least 5 days before check-in. If you cancel within 5 days of check-in, the first night and any fees are non-refundable, and you'll receive a 50% refund for the remaining nights.
House rules
- •Pets: small and medium dogs are welcome, maximum 2 per booking, for a $50 fee per pet.
- •No smoking anywhere on the property.
- •Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am, please respect our neighbours.
- •Maximum 10 guests.
- •No parties or events without prior approval.
- •Please treat the cottage and its contents with care.
